In these therapy sessions, we’ll work to help you be the caregivers you want to be, moving toward the parent-child relationship you want. Addressing family issues of many kinds including blended family issues, Alpha-child dynamics, hurting parents, and more.

In these therapy sessions, we’ll work to move away from anger, resentment, hostility, stagnation, sex-life challenges - toward togetherness, unity, working with each others’ needs and loving each other again.

Phone Consultation
A free phone consultation to explore your challenges, goals and needs. We will seek to uncover the main pieces so we can make the most informed decision to help you take steps toward living the life you want. You are invited to ask any and all questions.

Mental Health Assessment
A Mental Health Assessment ranges in time, complexity, and cost depending on your needs and concerns. At minimum, this consists of taking 3 assessment measures, and participating in a 60 minute clinical assessment interview. Clients will receive assessment tool results as well as a clinical assessment document detailing observations, interpretations of assessment results, and most importantly, recommendations on treatment where appropriate.

Clinical Supervision
In clinical supervision we will work towards enhancing your expertise and execution of the art of therapy. Supporting you to reflect on your feelings, thoughts, behaviour and general approach with clients. Compassionately looking at how countertransference shows up in your work, and doing both practical/strategic as well as deep work to address it.
