“I was one of those people who didn’t know what career to pursue, and it wasn’t until I started working as a counselor that I realised this was what I wanted to do. I learned that I was passionate about not only supporting others but also empowering them. I wanted to build unique therapeutic relationships with individuals and be part of their journey. Witnessing individuals gain insight and share their new experiences is powerful and rewarding.”
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) interested in learning about my clients and their experiences to create a space where together we can work towards finding where they find themselves getting stuck. With a background in Social Work, Law, and History, and as a South Asian immigrant living in Canada, I understand the complexities of navigating cultural identity while integrating into Western society. I help individuals process these challenges with patience, kindness, and curiosity, guiding them toward self-acceptance and growth.
Using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I support clients in working through past experiences, unresolved childhood issues, and emotional barriers. Together, we’ll identify where you feel stuck and develop strategies to move forward with confidence and clarity.
If you're ready to heal, grow, and build a stronger connection with yourself, I’m here to help.
